Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. Matthew 19:14
Space to Grow supports lifelong education in the FLC faith community, throughout the week. It is a unanimously approved project (by the Planning Council & Executive Committee) to complete the shelled in room under the new Gathering Space, adjacent to 2-3 year old Sunday School rooms & Promise Preschool. To be used as a safe and educational multipurpose room for all the children of God, including Sunday School, Promise Preschool, and Lutheran Social Service, with the bonus of an adult education space available on the sanctuary level.
If you were not able to participate in the tours of the space and still curious, please feel free to take a self-guided poster tour in the space anytime, as well as navigate this site.
First Lutheran Members and Promise Preschool Families should have received invitations for the Race to Grow, a 1K fun run/walk for all, supporting lifelong education in the FLC community on Saturday, March 31st, 2012 at 10 am. It is for all God’s children – strollers to seniors – rain, shine or snow! For more information and to download race packets materials, please see: “Race to Grow“.
