Applying for a Grant

The First Lutheran Church of Duluth Foundation (FLCF) is a non-profit organization that exclusively supports the charitable, educational, and religious purposes of the First Lutheran Church of Duluth.

The Foundation provides one-time grants to support new and innovative ministry initiatives. Ministry Teams of the First Lutheran Church are encouraged to submit grant applications for creative projects and fresh approaches that advance the church’s mission. These grants are designed to seed new programs, launch pilot initiatives, or fund special projects—not to support ongoing operational expenses or recurring activities.

Grant applications must adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided in the application form. Please note that requests from individual congregation members are not accepted; all applications must be submitted through established Ministry Teams or the Vision Council.
