“My favorite story in the Bible is the story of Jesus’s birth. That is the story that I remember learning first and the one that I like the most. Christmas is my favorite time of the year. Pastor Dianne helps me learn about God. My dad also helps me learn when he repeats everything Pastor Dianne says in the car on the way home from church, so it sticks in our mind. I feel closest to God when I’m in church and before dinner when we say our prayers.”
Holy One, we thank you for people in our lives who ground us and guide us in your love. Amen
